Nonprofit Administration Intern
Purpose
This position will work primarily alongside the Executive Director and assist with general office, human resources, marketing, and fundraising activities.

Success Criteria
The Nonprofit Administration Intern must have a high degree of organization skills and problem-solving ability, as well as the capacity to prioritize and execute tasks accurately with a strong focus on details.
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a cooperative manner with diverse groups and the ability to effectively speak and interact with children, parents, and professionals in the community. The Nonprofit Administration Intern must be able to think creatively and strategically, have excellent judgment, and be able to work in a challenging environment.
Must be able to pass thorough state and federal background checks.
Required Experience and Education
· Currently working towards a college degree, preferably in a related field
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs
· Ability to communicate in a professional manner with community contacts
· Enthusiasm for the mission of the Children’s Advocacy Center of Randolph County and the clients we serve

Physical Demands
This position needs to be able to move about inside the office to access files, equipment, etc. Will need to be able to routinely move supplies and equipment weighing up to 30 pounds in and out of schools and multiple classrooms.
